Be Strong had another fantastic Personal Development Workshop for the 3rd week running and the workshops are getting bigger every week a mixture of clients from Bolton Probation and St Lukes drop in centre are attending the gym and personal development sessions.
These sessions are delivered by Sean Reddaway, a very experienced and passionate individual who thrives on helping people develop new attitudes to life.
